For each project, structure your works into line items by trade and collect multiple supplier proposals per item. Cross-table view: suppliers in columns, items in rows. Lowest-bid highlighting, variance percentage calculation, radio selection of retained proposal, automatic "if everything from this supplier" total per column, real-time selected Net total.

▸ BUILT-IN SWISS CFC DICTIONARY
65 standard codes following SN 506 500 / CRB / SIA standards, covering chapters 1 (Preparatory works), 2 (Building), 3 (Operating equipment), 4 (External works), 5 (Secondary costs) and 9 (Furnishings and decoration). Smart autocomplete on the line item form: type "271" → suggests "Plastering"; type "paint" → suggests paint codes. Search by code (prefix) or label (contains).

▸ DICTIONARY ADMIN PAGE
Add your custom codes, disable unused ones, modify labels. Anti-deletion safeguard for codes already in use.

▸ BUDGET PDF GENERATION
Professional 2-page PDF:
- Page 1: logo + slogan, client/building/rent block, description, full financial summary (subtotal, VAT, fees, contingencies, total incl. tax), enriched legal mention, signature block with pre-filled Owner + Date / First name / Last name / Signature.
- Page 2: complete table of items/proposals, retained selections highlighted (green background), warning if no selection made, totals area re-displayed.

▸ WORKFLOW AND TRACEABILITY
Lifecycle: Draft → Receiving → Compared → Decided → Archived. Granular rollback: possibility to revert from Decided to Compared to adjust selections, or from Compared to Receiving to reopen the collection phase.
