Doli Site Inspection lets inspection and maintenance companies carry out their periodic checks in Dolibarr: equipment base by site, check grids by family of equipment, field readings with photos, a repair proposal for each non-compliance, a PDF report sent to the customer, the next visit scheduled in the agenda.

The module covers:
- the equipment base of each site, by location, with its inspection history;
- the inspection checklists of each family of equipment, defined by the company according to its own standards;
- the inspection rounds, one per visit, each taking over the equipment base of the previous one;
- the field readings, with observations and photos;
- the non-compliances, with a repair proposal and a follow-up until the findings are closed out;
- the inspection report, issued as a PDF and sent to the customer;
- the scheduling of the next due dates in the Dolibarr agenda;
- the inspection templates, to deploy a proven organisation on a new site;
- the overview of the whole base: sites, equipment, open non-compliances, pending proposals.
