Installation

  1. Extract the module folder into your Dolibarr's htdocs/custom directory
  2. Go to Home > Setup > Modules/Applications
  3. Find "Dynamic Form Builder" in the list and enable it
  4. Configure permissions for users who will manage dynamic forms

Usage

  1. Go to Tools > Dynamic Form Builder
  2. Click "Create" to add a new form
  3. Enter the following information:
    • Module Name: The technical name of the module (e.g., "societe" for third parties)
    • Page Name: The name of the page where the fields should appear (e.g., "card.php")
    • Title: A descriptive title for your form
    • Description: Optional description
  4. Add fields to your form:
    • Label: The field label that will be displayed
    • Field Name: The technical name for the field
    • Field Type: Choose from various field types
    • Configure other properties as needed
  5. The fields will appear on the specified module card
