Clone Project Task is module that allows the cloning or copying of a task from one project to another. This will make working with projects and tasks easier. The experience shows that it's more efficient to create template projects with all the tasks and then clone or copy to a specific customer's project just the necessary ones. Future versions will include the possibility of cloning sub-tasks.

Clone Project Task is module that allows the cloning or copying of a task from one project to another.
This will make working with projects and tasks easier. The experience shows that it's more efficient to create template projects with all the tasks and then clone or copy to a specific customer's project just the necessary ones.
So far Dolibarr does not have the ability to clone or copy tasks and it's cumbersome to go into every specific task and copy paste the info into a new one.
Future versions will include the possibility of cloning sub-tasks.

Prerequisites:

Install (For Dolibarr v9+):

  • Go into menu Home - Setup - Modules - Deploy an external module and submit the zip file
  • Module or skin is then available and can be activated.

Install (For Dolibarr v8-):

  • Download the archive file of module (.zip file) from web site DoliStore.com
  • Put the file into the root directory of Dolibarr.
  • Uncompress the zip file, for example with command  unzip module_cloneprojecttasks-1.0.zip
  • Module or skin is then available and can be activated.
