Description

Order acknowledgment (ARC) – Confirm each customer order with a dedicated PDF :

Confirm your orders in one click

Your customer sends you an order: they expect a clear confirmation of what you have recorded. With the Order acknowledgment module, the order card offers an "ARC" PDF model, ready to generate and send by email.

A dedicated document

  • Title "ARC" followed by the order reference.
  • Issuer and customer addresses, customer reference, order date, linked objects.
  • Line details: description, VAT, unit price, quantity, discount, total excl. VAT.
  • Payment terms and method, bank details, delivery time.
  • Totals excl. VAT, VAT by rate and total incl. VAT.

Your message at the bottom of the ARC

  • An ARC-specific footer text, entered in French and English.
  • The printed text follows the document language: your foreign customers receive the English version.
  • Ideal for asking for a check within 48 hours, or for recalling indicative lead times or delivery terms.

A comment for each order

  • An ARC comment (Commentaire ARC): rich-text field on the order, printable on the document.
  • An ARC time limit (Délai ARC): date field on each order line.

Matching your document colors

  • With the DPersoPlus module, your document colors (frames, titles, totals, separators) are applied to the ARC.
  • No change to the Dolibarr core: safe installation and uninstallation.
