Description

Manage your rentals with the usual Dolibarr documents

Digi Location + adds the rental of products and services to commercial proposals, orders and invoices, without changing the Dolibarr Core.

• Rentable products: single item, several items or unlimited. Product settings and rental prices are saved automatically as soon as they change (green tick). In the list of rentable products, the reference opens the product's "Rental" tab.
• Prices per hour, half-day, day, week, month, year, package or unlimited duration; decreasing prices and customer-specific prices.
• Duration coefficients: for a product with a single daily price, one coefficient per number of rental days (10 days to start with, adjustable). The sale price is calculated automatically and updated before proposals and orders are validated.
• Availability: available or unavailable periods, repeated every year.
• Provisional booking by the proposal, firm booking by the order; validation refused if the product is no longer available.
• Calendar per product and planning of all rentable products (week, month, year).
• Rental slips (stock moved to a rental warehouse) and return slips (back to stock, missing products invoiced), with PDF.
• Prices of the lines recalculated when the rental period changes (check box on the proposal, checked by default).
• Dedicated PDF model for rental proposals: the period is written above the table of the lines.
• Own numbering for rentals, modern period calendar, usable on mobile.
• Rental period: start and end grouped on a single "Rental period" line; on click, the period calendar opens and the period is saved as soon as both days are chosen.
• "Weekend counts as 1 day" option: Saturday and Sunday charged as a single day (from Friday to Monday, 3 days charged).
• "Pickup day not counted" checkbox on the proposal: the first rental day is not charged, and the order takes it over. This option can be turned off in the settings.
• Settings in tabs: colours, warehouse, working days, coefficients, slip PDFs, numbering and document templates.

Compatibility

Dolibarr 20 to 24, PHP 7.4 to 8.3. Requires the NSINFO framework (free) 23.8.6 or later, and the Products, Services and Stock modules.
