Shopify Connect downloads paid orders from your Shopify stores and creates the matching Dolibarr orders.

 

- Synchronization starts only from the date set in setup.

- Several stores can be connected. Each third party is flagged with the store that created it.

- Products are matched by SKU. A missing product still creates the order, with a free line.

- When Shopify does not send a VAT rate, the Dolibarr customer rate is applied and the price excluding tax is recalculated.

- Billing and shipping addresses become order contacts.

- Automatic invoicing is off by default. No payment is recorded.

- A scheduled job runs every 15 minutes. A manual synchronization is also available.

 

Shopify requirements: a custom app with the read_orders and read_customers scopes, plus protected customer data access.
