JardinPro – Garden Maintenance and Landscaping Management

JardinPro supports gardening, grounds maintenance and landscaping businesses in their daily operations. It connects customer sites, commercial documents, team organization and field work directly within Dolibarr.

Follow one workflow: customer → site → quotation → contract or project → schedule → visit → approval → invoice → profitability.

Main features

• Sites and gardens: multiple sites per customer, service addresses, contacts, areas, zones, inventory, instructions, photos and documents. Sensitive access information and private notes have dedicated permissions.
• Quotations and costing: create native Dolibarr quotations from a site, use your service catalogue and estimate labour, supplies, equipment, travel and subcontracting. Separate internal costs from selling prices and use a target margin to prepare your estimate.
• Maintenance contracts: organize recurring and seasonal visits across one or several sites belonging to the same customer. Preview visits before generation and track planned, completed and cancelled visits.
• Landscaping projects: connect accepted quotations to native Dolibarr projects and tasks. Track phases, dates, budgets, planned hours, purchases, subcontracting and progress.
• Scheduling and teams: use day, week, month and team views. Create a visit from a calendar day, assign staff and resources, check scheduling conflicts, unavailability and maintenance, and reschedule visits with a reason. Arrange daily route order manually using drag and drop or the move buttons.
• Field work: access “My visits” through an interface adapted to smaller screens. Start a timer, enter working hours, complete checklists, record work and incidents, attach before/after photos and collect a handwritten signature on the visit report.
• Approval and invoicing: approve visits before invoicing and create native Dolibarr draft invoices for individual or grouped visits, contract periods and projects. Track quantities already invoiced; deposits and progress invoices use the available native mechanisms.
• Equipment and stock: manage vehicles and equipment, reservations, unavailability and maintenance. With the relevant native modules enabled, track stock consumption and allocations of supplier purchases.
• Dashboard and profitability: monitor today’s visits, overdue work, renewals, maintenance, work to invoice and unpaid invoices. Review invoiced and collected amounts, direct costs and margins by customer, site, contract or project, with Invoiced / Costs / Margin summaries and named filters.
• Documents and data exchange: six business PDF templates, photos and signatures in visit reports, CSV exports for sites, contracts and visits, and site imports with a preview before confirmation.

Integrated with Dolibarr

JardinPro uses native third parties, products and services, quotations, contracts, projects, interventions, agenda and invoices. Permissions distinguish scheduling, time entry, approval, invoicing and access to costs. The interface is available in French and English, with grouped menus, enriched sortable lists and Time / Photos / Report shortcuts on visit pages.
