Liasse Maroc EDI: marokkanische Steuerbilanz & XML-Datei Simpl-IS

Your Moroccan tax package comes out of the trial balance. The XML file is ready for Simpl-IS.

Every year the "liasse fiscale" is typed again cell by cell on Simpl-IS, or goes through a macro-driven Excel workbook that breaks as soon as the tax administration (DGI) adds a column. Liasse Maroc EDI fills the schedules from your trial balance, checks consistency, then produces the EDI XML file you upload in "Envoi des fichiers EDI". The file is validated against the XSD schema published by the DGI before it leaves Dolibarr.

Compliant with the Simpl-IS EDI specification V2.0.3 (2026 appendices)

• Normal accounting model: 26 schedules, 1,729 cells. Simplified accounting model: 23 schedules, 1,328 cells.
• Cell codes come from the official coding, cross-checked with the schema: codes that are documented but refused by the schema are neither entered nor exported.
• ZIP archive named after the tax identifier, the fiscal year and the model. Partial export of the schedules to fix after a "Traité avec avertissement".
• File cross-checked by three independent XSD validators, including the Java one whose messages Simpl-IS displays.

The trial balance fills most of it

• Trial balance read from Dolibarr accounting (current and previous year), or imported as CSV or Excel from any accounting software.
• Rules shipped for the Moroccan CGNC chart of accounts: balance sheet, income statement (CPC), management balances (ESG), CPC detail, fixed assets, depreciation, provisions, VAT, inventories, cash-flow statement, tax reconciliation.
• Balance sheet assets, CPC and CPC detail filled at 100%; the user guide shows the automatic share of each schedule.
• Adjustable account mapping.
• "Previous year" columns taken from last year's package, from the N-1 trial balance, or from last year's XML file produced by any software.

You stay in control

• Schedules laid out like the official forms, with a T01 to T26 table of contents.
• An entry replaces the value read from the trial balance, which stays displayed as a reminder; totals are always recomputed.
• Nominative schedules (shareholders, leases, investments, rentals, loans, depreciation per asset): free rows, paste straight from Excel.
• Draft, validation that freezes the figures, filing follow-up.

Checks before filing

• Balanced trial balance, unmapped accounts listed by amount, total assets equal to total liabilities.
• Cross-checks between schedules.
• Validation is blocked while a blocking check remains.

Beyond the package

• Sales by customer statement (articles 20 and 82 of the CGI) computed from your invoices, with ICE checks and its own schema-compliant EDI XML file.
• Package as PDF, one schedule per page.

Why this module

• Dolibarr 18 to 24 (verified on 18.0.5, 20.0.4 and 24.0.0). The Accounting module is optional.
• No external service: your figures stay on your server.
• More than 700 automated checks per Dolibarr version.

The module prepares the package and its EDI file; you file it yourself on Simpl-IS, where you validate and sign the return. It does not cover the models for credit institutions and insurance companies.
