TCMB Exchange Rates — Central Bank of Türkiye rates for Dolibarr multicurrency

 Key Functions

•   
• Any currency of the TCMB daily bulletin (20+), you choose which ones (default USD, EUR, GBP); missing currencies are created in Dolibarr automatically
• Rate type of your choice: Forex Buying (Turkish tax practice), Forex Selling, Banknote Buying/Selling, Buying/Selling average; 100-unit currencies (JPY…) normalised per unit
• Correct dating: the bulletin dated D is stored for the next business day (VUK 280) — switchable to the bulletin date; weekends skipped
• Backfill from the TCMB archive: fill the last N days in one click, holidays skipped, a requested date falls back to the previous bulletin
• Cross rates when the company currency is not TRY (EUR, USD…), including a TRY rate
• Written through Dolibarr's own CurrencyRate class — no direct SQL, no duplicate rows for the same day

• Daily scheduled job (enabled by default; run it after 16:00 TR)
• Setup page with the live bulletin table (all rates, the value Dolibarr will store, last stored rate), "Import now" and "Backfill" buttons
• Run log (mode, bulletin, rate date, written/skipped, details) with automatic purge; setup changes in the security audit log
• 2 MCP tools for the Dolibarr 24 AI module: tcmb_rates ("what was the EUR rate on 15 September?"), tcmb_sync
• Works with Dolibarr's "use rate on document date" option so back-dated invoices get that day's rate
• Everything configurable; Turkish and English; no company-specific data in code

How it works

1. Enable Multicurrency, install and enable the module
2. Setup: pick currencies and rate type, click Backfill for the last 30 days
3. Set the scheduled job time after 16:00 — that's all; rates appear on invoices, orders and proposals
