Your Peppol workflow inside Dolibarr

Send invoices and credit notes, track delivery and receive supplier invoices without retyping every line. PeppolConnect serves Belgian businesses and teams trading with European partners using Peppol BIS Billing 3.0.

New in version 1.1.0

  • Guided setup: four steps covering your company, provider connection, invoice and recipient checks, then an explicit first send.
  • Automatic sending after validation: enable the option and scheduled task to queue newly validated invoices. The queue runs every five minutes; manual sending remains available.
  • French, English and Dutch: translated module interface, including Dutch for Belgium, and an included Dutch user guide.
  • Scrada Peppol Only beta: sending, statuses and reception are implemented and tested with simulated API responses. Live acceptance with a Scrada test account is still pending and is required before production use.

From invoice preparation to supplier reception

  • UBL documents: invoices, prepayments and credit notes, discounts, VAT breakdown, exemption reasons, IBAN and original invoice reference for credit notes.
  • Checks before submission: UBL 2.1 XSD and the EN 16931 / Peppol rules implemented in the module. Detected errors block sending and show what needs correction.
  • Recipient lookup: check through your provider whether the recipient supports the document type.
  • Supplier drafts: import lines, amounts and due dates; attach UBL and the PDF when supplied by the provider. Supplier matching, optional creation and duplicate detection are included.
  • Central tracking: sent and received documents, filters, statuses, provider references, logs and optional reception-error notifications.
  • Controlled automation: duplicate-submission protection, limited retries for safe failures and suspension after an uncertain sending result. Automation is off by default.

Included connection options

  • Local mode: generate and check UBL without a provider account; no network transmission.
  • Peppyrus: included connector for sending, lookup, statuses and reception. A Peppyrus account and API key are required.
  • Scrada Peppol Only — beta: Company ID, API key and API password required. Complete acceptance testing on a test account first.

Clear costs: module price €149 excluding tax. Any provider account, API or transmission fees are separate and are not included. Other access points require an additional connector.

Installation and evidence

Dolibarr 18–24, PHP 7.4–8.3, MySQL/MariaDB; DOM/libxml, mbstring, cURL and OpenSSL. Deploy the ZIP, activate or reactivate the module and open First Peppol connection. Back up the database, documents and local encryption key before upgrading. Automatic sending also requires its scheduled task and suitable user permissions.

Documented testing: 544 automated checks passed on Dolibarr 24 / PHP 8.2 / MariaDB 10.11. UBL checks were compared on 96 documents with Peppol 3.0.21 and CEN 1.3.16 references. This is scoped test evidence, not a general certification or a guarantee that every document will be accepted by the network. Test your own provider account before going live.

PeppolConnect is a connector module, not a Peppol access point or a French approved platform. Received supplier invoices remain drafts for review. Provider error messages may retain their original language.

Peppol in Dolibarr, met een Nederlandstalige interface voor Nederland en België. Verstuur facturen en creditnota’s, ontvang leveranciersfacturen als concept en volg de status. De assistent begeleidt uw eerste verbinding. Optionele automatische verzending plaatst nieuwe gevalideerde facturen in een wachtrij, met controles vóór verzending en bescherming tegen dubbele verzending.

Peppyrus is inbegrepen. Scrada Peppol Only is bèta: getest met gesimuleerde antwoorden; de praktijktest met een Scrada-testaccount staat nog open. Test vóór productie. De module is zelf geen toegangspunt. Eventuele providerkosten zijn niet inbegrepen. Nederlandse handleiding inbegrepen.
