Never send an incomplete sales document again

PDF Annexes automatically merges your PDF annexes (terms of sales, product datasheets, bank details, brochures, contracts) into Dolibarr's native PDFs — quotes, orders and invoices. The final file is generated at the usual location: sending by email automatically attaches the complete document.

Set up in 2 minutes

  1. Upload your terms-of-sales PDF in the module setup.
  2. Create the "Terms" rule: quotes + orders + invoices, position at the end.
  3. Done: every generated document now contains your terms.

No-code conditional rules

What plain "PDF concatenators" cannot do:

  • per document type (quote, order, invoice);
  • per amount incl. tax (e.g. premium brochure above €5,000);
  • per third-party country: "among FR, BE, CH" or "not in FR" (export terms);
  • per document language (French / English terms).

At the end, or before the document as a cover page (brochure) — unique on the Dolistore.

Automatic product datasheets

The PDFs attached to the products found in the quote lines (configurable name pattern, e.g. FT_*.pdf) are appended by themselves, once per product.

Reliable and safe

  • Every PDF is checked at upload time: a password-protected or unsupported file is refused immediately with a clear message.
  • Merging never blocks: if anything goes wrong, the native document is generated normally.
  • Factur-X compatible: PDF/A-3 e-invoices (FacturXFrance module) are never altered.
  • Zero dependency: uses Dolibarr's core PDF engine, no external library, no change to your document templates.
  • Multi-entity, FR + EN translations.
