No more repetitive clicks on your draft proposals.

On a commercial proposal, Dolibarr forces you to delete or edit lines one by one, with a confirmation pop-up every time. On a 20-line quote, that gets old fast.

MultiSelect adds a column of checkboxes to the lines of your editable commercial proposals, plus an action bar above the table to process several lines in a single operation.

Features

  • ✅ Checkbox on every line + a "select all" checkbox in the header
  • 🗑️ Bulk delete: delete every checked line with a single confirmation (instead of one per line)
  • 💰 Bulk discount: type a percentage, click Apply, and every checked line takes that discount (any existing discount is overwritten)
  • 🔄 Totals automatically recomputed after each action
  • 🧾 Everything inside an SQL transaction: if one line fails, nothing is modified (integrity guaranteed)

Typical use cases

  • 📋 Working from "template quotes"? Prepare a full draft containing all your possible services, then for each client, check the unneeded lines and delete them at once. A customised quote in seconds instead of starting from scratch.
  • 📦 You imported a full catalog into a quote and only want to keep a few lines? 2 clicks instead of 50.
  • 💰 You want to apply a 10% discount on every service in a quote (but not on products)? Selection + 1 click.
  • ✏️ Fixing a quote right before sending it to the client? No more chained pop-ups.
