Dolibarr plugin developed by TBNETSYS that automatically regenerates each customer invoice in Factur-X format compliant with French FNFE-MPE specifications (EN16931 / Comfort profile).
The module produces a PDF/A-3 containing an embedded EN16931 CII XML, ready to be transmitted to any Partner Dematerialization Platform (PDP) or to the French Public Invoicing Portal (PPF).
Two interchangeable PDF generation engines:
• horstoeko/zugferd (portable PDF/A-3B, default) — isolated PHP CLI sub-process using the embedded horstoeko/zugferd library. No system dependency beyond php-cli. Works on any Dolibarr hosting including shared servers.
• Mustang (strict PDF/A-3U) — historical Ghostscript + Mustang CLI pipeline. Recommended for long-term legal archiving with guaranteed Unicode extractibility. Requires Ghostscript, Java JRE, Mustang JAR and sRGB ICC profile on the server.
Built-in PDP Dispatch page: lists candidate invoices with their local status (seller/buyer SIREN, Factur-X PDF present) and their platform status (compliance, transmission). Batch actions with real-time progress popup for compliance checking and PDP sending. Anti-duplicate, resume after interruption, detailed per-invoice log.
EN16931 VAT categories supported: 6 cases (S, E, AE, K, Z, O), down-payments handling, automatic UN/ECE Rec 20 unit conversion.
PDP-compatible via SUPERPDP API. Modular architecture allowing the addition of further PDP drivers in Phase 2.
