Lightpilot brings together your key performance indicators on a single screen so you can make the right decisions without exports or external tools. Open the page and you know where you stand.

Key indicators (KPIs)

  • Invoiced revenue, with comparison to the equivalent window in the previous year and the full N-1 revenue shown in the tooltip
  • Proposals pipeline, orders in progress, customer receivables
  • Transformation rate and conversion rate with configurable thresholds

  • 12-month rolling revenue evolution (invoiced, received, N-1, 3-month projection)
  • Commercial funnel (proposals → orders → invoices)
  • Cash flow evolution with inflows, outflows and balance per account (if the Bank module is active)

Break-even threshold

Define your monthly break-even amount (excl. tax) effective from a given date. When you hire or your fixed costs change, add a new segment: the threshold is plotted as a step line on the revenue evolution chart.
