Installation:

  • Download the module archive file (.zip) from the DoliStore.com website.
  • Place the file in Dolibarr's root directory.
  • Unzip the file using the following command:
unzip module_ultimateline-23.0.x.zip
  • Refer to the INSTALL_EN file for guidance.
  • Ensure the directory structure is correct: htdocs/custom/ultimatepdf (htdocs being the root of your Dolibarr installation).
  • The module is now available and can be activated.

Automate your service lines with the UltimateLine module for Dolibarr

The UltimateLine module allows you to automatically add service lines as sub-lines of a product line in your business documents. These lines can be automatically calculated either as a percentage of the parent line amount or as a fixed value.

Perfect for automating carbon taxes, eco-fees, additional costs, or specific discounts, while ensuring consistency across your documents.

This module is compatible with commercial proposals, customer orders, and customer invoices.

Main features

  • Automatic addition: service lines are created or recalculated automatically when a product line is added or modified.
  • Flexible calculation: apply either a percentage or a fixed amount.
  • Multi-service management: multiple services can be applied simultaneously to the same product line.
  • Smart deletion: deleting a product line automatically removes its associated service lines.

Display in documents

  • Service lines are automatically inserted below their parent product line
  • They are indented in the interface for better readability
  • In PDFs (UltimatePDF), they are displayed with a "└" icon to show hierarchy
  • An informational line is added in totals: [Service name: Amount excl. tax]

Compatibility with the Milestone module

UltimateLine is fully compatible with the Milestone module, allowing structured document sections:

  • Service lines are included inside milestone blocks, just after their parent line
  • They are included in milestone subtotals
  • The link between product and service is preserved during conversions (proposal → order → invoice)
  • In PDFs, they keep their specific display (icon "└")
