TCMB - Exchange Rate (auto update)

This module updates exchange rates from the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (TCMB/CBRT) manually and automatically without requiring any API key or membership. It provides quick rate visibility in the top menu, supports selected currencies only, includes a business-day fallback mechanism, ensures secure setup actions, and delivers a high-performance solution with optimized query handling.
