No more spreadsheets and logbooks: DigiGMAO organises your equipment fleet and your interventions in Dolibarr, right next to your products, stocks, suppliers and customers.

• Islands: group your equipment by workshop, line or area, with their managers.
• Equipment: reference, serial number, lot/serial number of the linked product (checked), commissioning date, technical characteristics (weight, voltage, compressed air, power), documents, supplier or customer.
• Part nomenclatures: lists of spare parts linked to the equipment, expandable on the equipment card, and parts outside nomenclature linked directly to the equipment.
• Equipment cloning with, as you choose, its documents, intervention sheets, nomenclatures and parts.

Automated preventive maintenance

• Create a preventive intervention sheet with its periodicity (day, week, month, year).
• A scheduled job generates the maintenance order at the right time, builds its PDF and e-mails it to the maintenance manager or to the island managers.
• Late maintenance orders trigger a reminder e-mail.

Curative maintenance in one click

• A breakdown? Create a curative intervention sheet from the equipment card and immediately generate the maintenance order.
• Internal or external intervention (supplier and supplier order).
• Clone an intervention sheet to another equipment, with its spare parts, in one click.

Safety of external interventions with Digirisk

• If the Digirisk module is installed, link each external intervention to its prevention plan and its fire permit, reachable in one click from the intervention sheet.

Maintenance orders tracked to the end

• Technician assignment, one by one or in bulk, with information and cancellation e-mails.
• Progress badge on every order: 🔴 late, 🟠 in progress, 🔵 planned, 🟢 done, in the lists, on the card and on the dashboard.
• Planned and actually used spare parts, with optional stock reservation.
• Maintenance report: participants and time spent, photos, description, machine downtime.
• Maintenance cost calculated automatically (parts, participants' time, external order).
• Preventive, curative and total costs consolidated on each equipment.

Calendar and planning

• CMMS calendar: monthly calendar or list of upcoming maintenance orders and next preventive interventions, filterable by type (preventive / curative), reachable from the menu and the dashboard.
• Synchronization with the Dolibarr agenda: each maintenance order and each planned preventive intervention shows whether it is in the agenda; one button creates the missing events, moves the changed dates and removes the events that are no longer needed.

Controlled archiving

• Archive equipment, intervention sheets, maintenance orders and nomenclatures, one by one or in bulk.
• Archiving an equipment also archives all its linked items; an item still in progress cannot be archived.
• Put back on line one by one or in bulk from the archive lists.
• Every archiving and putting back on line is logged in the events of the item.
• Archive summary page, also shown on the CMMS home page; archived orders only appear in the archive list, so the working lists stay light.

• Maintenance dashboard (statistics, latest preventive and curative orders with their badge) and equipment dashboard.
• Home pages for intervention sheets, maintenance orders, equipment, islands, nomenclatures and spare parts: search, breakdown by status and type, latest created and modified items.
• Lists fitted to the screen width: long texts shortened, full content on hover.
• Left menu organised by object, collapsible to its icons to save space.
• Configurable double confirmation of the sensitive actions on intervention sheets.
