Auto Cost Price Update (Auto PMP)

The Auto Cost Price Update (Auto PMP) module enhances Dolibarr by allowing users to instantly update cost prices on draft quotes, orders, and invoices based on the latest Weighted Average Price (PMP) of products.

Key features:

• Adds an “Update Cost Price” button at the bottom of draft documents (next to Validate, Clone, Delete).

• Updates all lines in one click, using Dolibarr’s native popup confirmation.

• Two configuration modes:

  1. All lines: refresh every cost price.

  2. Only if cost = 0: update only empty cost fields.

• Automatically recalculates margins (update_price() function).

• Does not modify PMP values themselves (only uses them).

Use case:
Quickly align your document costs with current product PMPs before validation, ensuring accurate margin calculations and better reporting.

Installation:
Upload module_autopmp-2.0.0.zip via Setup → Modules → Deploy external module, activate it, then configure it in module settings.
