Management of trouble tickets / technical support.

This module adds to Dolibarr the trouble ticket management or technical support. An unidentified user can register a new ticket or consult an existing, through a public interface.
The classification of the ticket is customizable with three dictionaries: the type, category and severity of the ticket.
Every action performed on the ticket (recording a message, change in classification, etc.) is recorded in the history of the ticket.
You can associate one or more forms of intervention to the ticket, the duration is calculated on the form of ticket.
