Presentazione del modulo

     

The ReStock module automates and centralizes replenishment management within Dolibarr.

By analyzing requirements derived from quotes, orders, invoices, and stock levels, it calculates the quantities to order based on fully configurable weighting rules.

It then enables the automatic generation of supplier orders, requests for quotation (RFQs), or manufacturing orders (using the Factory module), while providing comprehensive tracking of replenishment operations and the links between customer and supplier orders.

Smart calculation of replenishment quantities

Determine quantities to order or produce based on sales documents, available stock, pending supplier orders, and alert thresholds.

Automatic creation of supplier orders, RFQs, or manufacturing orders

From the ReStock page or a specific item (quote, order, invoice, manufacturing order, etc.), run an analysis and then order or launch production for the required quantities.

Select the appropriate supplier based on the order volume and/or trigger a request for quotation.

Includes multiple modes for grouping items and generating drafts.

Comprehensive tracking of replenishment operations

Track the progress of generated items via the ReStock record.

Automatic linking ensures better traceability across your entire back-office operations.
