Presentazione del modulo

Il modulo RmindR è un'estensione collaborativa per Dolibarr che facilita la comunicazione tra gli utenti consentendo l'invio di messaggi direttamente da schede prodotto, servizi, proposte commerciali, ordini, contratti, ecc.

Caratteristiche principali:

Invio di messaggi mirati:

Dalla pagina di un elemento, clicca sul pulsante "RmindR" per inviare un messaggio a un altro utente.

Notifiche efficaci:

Il destinatario riceve una notifica via e-mail e un avviso nella barra del menu principale che indica il numero di messaggi non letti.

Gestione centralizzata degli scambi:

Una volta effettuato l'accesso, il destinatario può visualizzare e rispondere ai messaggi tramite l'elenco delle notifiche, con stati chiari come "Da elaborare", "Inviato", "Da chiudere" e "Non chiuso".

Monitoraggio semplificato:

Le conversazioni vengono monitorate in modo trasparente, consentendo agli utenti di rispondere, chiudere o inoltrare i messaggi a seconda delle necessità.
