Module description

The module will track contacts/exchanges made with customers, prospects or suppliers.
You can record each exchange made (incoming or outgoing) with the thirdparty by phone, email, physics, .... to ensure a true follow-up of prospection and customers.


A history allows to trace on each item (thirdparties, contacts, quotes, invoices, ...) all the exchanges linked with the details of each exchange.


To facilitate the recording of exchanges, you will be able to choose the display mode of the record button:
- a floating button, present on all Dolibarr pages
- a classic button at the bottom of Dolibarr's various cards

A "reminder" system allows you to record future exchanges to be made with your customers, suppliers (for you and/or your colleagues) and you can be notified of the exchange to make.
