A commercial proposal has many options, namely:

a customer need
a product presentation PDF linked to the product
a PDF linked to the commercial proposal itself (example a contract, you can put several)
a PDF presentation of commercial offers (eg specials, there may be 3 on all propales)
a PDF of general conditions of sale (on all propales)
there is also the possibility to always put a page related to the payments on all the propals
