How does it work ?
1) Click on to the top main menu: Visio to join the general conference room
1) Generate a new project link (if it doesn't exist yet)
2) Click on the link (and share it if necessary)
Description
This module uses a free Visio Conference provider, known as JITSI : https://meet.jit.si/
Requirements & Recommendation
It will use your Microphone and Camera from your Web Browser, so you need to give permissions if asked
Why this module
It has been thought to be the simplest way to create/join a common Visio Conference room. That's why it has been put there in the menu. So any colleague in need to join the Visio Conference just needs to click this button.
Security matters
The Room name is the "password", you can Renew the Room generated ID from the Setup Menu.
