Dieses Modul ist die Verbindung zwischen Dolibarr und dem Signaturdienst UptoSign. Um ein Dokument zu signieren oder zu versiegeln, MÜSSEN Sie ein Konto auf uptosign.com eröffnen. Dieses Konto ist vom Kauf des Moduls getrennt: Signaturen und Versiegelungen werden von UptoSign gemäß Ihrem Abonnement abgerechnet. Mit einem kostenlosen Demonstrationsserver können Sie alles testen, bevor Sie ein Abonnement abschließen.

Lassen Sie Ihre Angebote, Verträge und Rechnungen online signieren, ohne Dolibarr zu verlassen. Ihr Kunde unterschreibt in zwei Minuten auf seinem Smartphone, das signierte Dokument kommt von selbst in Dolibarr zurück, mit einer eIDAS-konformen Beweisakte.

Drucken, versenden, warten, nachfassen, einscannen, ablegen: eine handschriftliche Unterschrift kostet Tage und geht in E-Mails verloren. UptoSign ersetzt diesen ganzen Ablauf durch eine Schaltfläche auf der Dokumentkarte. Der Dienst läuft in einer in Frankreich gehosteten Cloud und erzeugt Signaturen gemäß der europäischen eIDAS-Verordnung (verstärkte einfache Signatur).

So funktioniert es

• 1. Sie platzieren die Signatur: im Reiter Elektronische Signatur des Dokuments setzen Sie das Siegel und das Unterschriftsfeld jedes Unterzeichners auf das PDF.
• 2. Ihr Kunde unterschreibt: er erhält einen Link per E-Mail, bestätigt seine Identität mit einem SMS-Code und unterschreibt auf Smartphone oder Computer, ohne Konto und ohne Installation.
• 3. Alles kommt in Dolibarr zurück: das signierte Dokument und seine Beweisakte werden beim Original abgelegt, der Status des Dokuments wird aktualisiert und die Agenda hält jeden Schritt fest.

Eine Signatur mit Gewicht

• eIDAS-konform: verstärkte einfache elektronische Signatur, mit Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung des Unterzeichners per SMS.
• Beweisakte: mit jedem signierten Dokument heruntergeladen, belegt sie, wer wann und wie unterschrieben hat.
• Versiegelung und Zeitstempel: sichern Sie eine Rechnung oder jedes andere PDF ohne Unterzeichner. Jede spätere Änderung wird sichtbar.
• Öffentliche Prüfung: Ihre Partner prüfen selbst über den Prüfdienst von UptoSign, dass ein Dokument nicht verändert wurde.
• Wahlweise, Dokument für Dokument: die native Signatur von Dolibarr für eine interne Vereinbarung, die UptoSign-Signatur, wenn sie Bestand haben muss.

Alles, was Sie signieren können

Angebote, Kunden- und Lieferantenbestellungen, Lieferantenangebote, Rechnungen, Verträge, Serviceaufträge, Lieferungen, Projekte, Geschäftspartner und Benutzer. Und allgemein jedes einem Geschäftspartner zugeordnete PDF: eine Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarung vor einem Angebot, ein Mietvertrag, eine Betriebsordnung, ein Arbeitsvertrag.

Massensignatur

Lassen Sie dasselbe Dokument von Dutzenden Personen unterschreiben, jede auf ihrem eigenen Exemplar: interne Charta, Ordnung, Genehmigung, Einladung.

• Empfänger aus Ihren Kontakten, Benutzern, Mitgliedern oder Veranstaltungsteilnehmern, aus einer CSV-Datei importiert oder von Hand erfasst.

• Sie behalten die Kosten im Griff: das Starten einer Signatur, die abgerechnet wird, ist eine eigene Berechtigung, die Sie nur den richtigen Personen geben. Dieselbe Signatur kann nicht versehentlich zweimal gestartet werden.

Was sich seit Version 2.2 geändert hat

Seit Version 2.2 wurde das Modul weitgehend neu geschrieben. Die wichtigsten Etappen:

• Massensignatur: ein Dokument, von vielen Personen signiert, mit einer Übersicht pro Empfänger (nicht versendet, wartend, signiert, abgerufen, fehlerhaft) und gesammeltem Abruf der signierten Dokumente.
• Automatisierungen: Rechnung bei Signatur des Angebots, Rechnungen versiegelt und versendet, Bestellungen geschlossen und Vertragsleistungen aktiviert, einstellbar in der Moduladministration.
• Neue Dokumente: Lieferantenangebote und -bestellungen, Lieferungen, Arbeitsverträge des Moduls InfraS Salariés.
• Isoliertes Positionierungsfenster: Siegel und Unterschriften landen genau dort, wo Sie sie ablegen, unabhängig vom Dolibarr-Design oder anderen installierten Modulen.
• Automatische Archivierung der signierten Dokumente und Einhaltung der Grenzen des Signaturservers, ohne Anfragenflut.
• Zuverlässige Mehrmandantenfähigkeit: das richtige Dokument, das richtige UptoSign-Konto, die richtige Firma, bei jedem Schritt.
