Stancer online payment 2.0.26

Stancer es la plataforma de pago francesa de bajo coste. Este módulo la conecta con Dolibarr: sus clientes pagan con tarjeta o por adeudo directo SEPA desde sus facturas, pedidos y presupuestos, y Dolibarr registra el pago, clasifica la factura y contabiliza los asientos sin volver a teclear nada.

Pago con tarjeta

• Enlace de pago en línea enviado por correo electrónico desde una factura, un pedido o un presupuesto, página de pago segura 3-D Secure
• Pago de un presupuesto o de un pedido con creación automática de la factura, pago parcial y factura de anticipo
• Factura clasificada como pagada en cuanto Stancer lo confirma
• Nuevo intento propuesto al cliente tras una tarjeta rechazada
• Tarjeta guardada para los pagos siguientes

Adeudo directo SEPA

• Página pública donde el cliente introduce él mismo su IBAN, mandato SEPA generado en PDF
• Verificación del IBAN mediante SEPAMail (Francia e Italia)
• Firma electrónica del mandato con el módulo complementario UptoSign; una vez firmado el mandato, las facturas plantilla del cliente pasan automáticamente a adeudo directo (opción)
• Adeudo automático de las facturas vencidas, tras el plazo de preaviso al cliente
• Devoluciones SEPA gestionadas: factura reabierta, cliente y administrador avisados, gastos de devolución refacturados si lo desea

Seguimiento y automatización

• Panel de control: facturación, pagos, reembolsos y disputas
• Listas de pagos, transferencias, reembolsos y disputas sincronizadas con Stancer
• Pestaña Stancer en la ficha de cada tercero
• Tareas programadas: sincronización, adeudos, envío de facturas al validarlas, recordatorios
• Correos listos para usar en cada situación: confirmación, fallo, devolución, recordatorio

Contabilidad

• Comisiones de Stancer registradas en la cuenta bancaria
• Transferencias a su banco principal registradas como traspasos entre cuentas, solo queda la conciliación
• Detección y regularización de diferencias

Asociaciones

• Pago en línea de cuotas de socio y donaciones

• Dolibarr 15 o superior, PHP 7.4 o superior
• Una cuenta Stancer y sus claves API, registro en stancer.com
• Módulos Bancos y Domiciliaciones activados en Dolibarr
• Para la firma electrónica del mandato: el módulo UptoSign
