Stancer online payment 2.0.26

Stancer ist die günstige französische Zahlungsplattform. Dieses Modul verbindet sie mit Dolibarr: Ihre Kunden zahlen per Karte oder per SEPA-Lastschrift aus ihren Rechnungen, Aufträgen und Angeboten, und Dolibarr erfasst die Zahlung, klassifiziert die Rechnung und bucht die Einträge ohne erneute Eingabe.

Kartenzahlung

• Online-Zahlungslink per E-Mail aus einer Rechnung, einem Auftrag oder einem Angebot, sichere Zahlungsseite mit 3-D Secure
• Zahlung eines Angebots oder Auftrags mit automatischer Rechnungserstellung, Teilzahlung und Anzahlungsrechnung
• Rechnung wird nach der Bestätigung durch Stancer als bezahlt klassifiziert
• Neuer Zahlungsversuch nach einer abgelehnten Karte
• Karte für die folgenden Zahlungen gespeichert

SEPA-Lastschrift

• Öffentliche Seite, auf der der Kunde seine IBAN selbst eingibt, SEPA-Mandat als PDF erzeugt
• IBAN-Prüfung über SEPAMail (Frankreich und Italien)
• Elektronische Signatur des Mandats mit dem Zusatzmodul UptoSign; sobald das Mandat unterschrieben ist, werden die Vorlagenrechnungen des Kunden automatisch auf Lastschrift umgestellt (Option)
• Automatischer Einzug fälliger Rechnungen nach der Vorabinformationsfrist
• SEPA-Rücklastschriften werden verarbeitet: Rechnung wieder geöffnet, Kunde und Administrator benachrichtigt, Rücklastschriftgebühr auf Wunsch weiterberechnet

Überwachung und Automatisierung

• Dashboard: Umsatz, Zahlungen, Erstattungen und Rückbuchungen
• Listen der Zahlungen, Auszahlungen, Erstattungen und Rückbuchungen, mit Stancer synchronisiert
• Stancer-Reiter auf jeder Geschäftspartnerkarte
• Geplante Aufgaben: Synchronisation, Lastschriften, Rechnungsversand bei Freigabe, Mahnungen
• Gebrauchsfertige E-Mails für jede Situation: Bestätigung, Fehlschlag, Rücklastschrift, Mahnung

Buchhaltung

• Stancer-Gebühren auf dem Bankkonto erfasst
• Auszahlungen an Ihre Hauptbank als interne Überweisungen erfasst, es bleibt nur der Abgleich
• Erkennung und Ausgleich von Abweichungen

• Online-Zahlung von Mitgliedsbeiträgen und Spenden

• Stützt sich ein Modul auf einen Onlinedienst, ist das Abonnement dieses Dienstes vom Modul getrennt und oben angegeben
