- Place the ‘mbiyousign’ folder into htdocs/custom or use the ‘Deploy/Install an external module’ option in the Dolibarr modules list.
- Activate the MBI Signature module which is now in the module list and adjust the module configuration according to your needs.
- The substitution variable __EXTRAFIELD_SIGNATURE_LINK__ is now available in your emails and contains the electronic signature link related to the customer.
- A ‘sign’ button appears in the commercial proposals and contracts sheet when the document has not yet been signed, and contains a link to the signature page.
- The link to the electronic signature page is also present in the additional attribute ‘Signature link’.
- The PDF with the signature is generated only once at signing and is available in the ‘Attached files’ section of your document.
- After a document is signed, an email is automatically sent to your company or to the sales representative responsible for the customer with the client in copy. It confirms the signature and sends the signed PDF as an attachment. You can customize this email in the module configuration. The commercial proposal then moves to the ‘signed’ status.

The MBI Signature module does not work if your commercial proposals/customer orders/shipments have a custom reference number that contains spaces.

MB Informatique SARL declines any responsibility regarding potential viruses that could infect the User’s computer equipment after using or accessing this module.

The complete guarantee of the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data, regardless of its nature, is not ensured by MB Informatique SARL.

MB Informatique SARL cannot be held responsible for its use outside the legal framework and cannot be held responsible for the legal validity of the signature, which falls under Yousign’s responsibility.

This agreement is valid for an indefinite period. The start of use of the module services marks the application of the contract with respect to the User.
