capAgenda - Another view for your Dolibarr agenda 1.0.0

The native Dolibarr agenda does the job, but moving an appointment, switching views or finding a colleague's events takes many clicks. capAgenda replaces it with a single fast page, without changing your data: the events stay those of the Agenda module, and reminders, triggers and the modules hooked on it keep working.

One page, every view

• Month, week, day, list and per-colleague planning views, on the same page
• The last view used is remembered for each user
• Only the displayed range is loaded, with an adjustable ceiling for large agendas
• Dark mode following Dolibarr, mobile display and printing without toolbars

Organise without opening a card

• Drag and drop to move an appointment, bottom edge to change its duration
• In the planning view, dragging from one column to another reassigns the event to another colleague
• Quick creation on a selected time slot, with the thirdparty and project searched by name or reference
• Status 0, 50 or 100 % from the detail panel
• Undo of the last change for a few seconds
• Protection against concurrent changes: an event changed by someone else in the meantime is refused and the view refreshes

Filters and colours

• Calendars: my events, the others' events, leaves, birthdays, external iCal calendars and other modules
• Users with the Me, My team and All shortcuts, groups, event types, status, thirdparty, project and resource

Replace the native agenda, or not

• An option redirects the month, week, day and per-user views of the native agenda to capAgenda
• The native list view stays available, and the native agenda can be reached at any time
• A dedicated permission reserves the modern agenda to part of the users
• No table added: disabling the module leaves Dolibarr exactly as it was

Requirements

• Dolibarr 18.0 or later, PHP 7.4 or later
• Agenda module enabled
• No external service: the calendar library ships inside the module
