ControlHN Quick Inventory – Simple, Secure and Efficient Stocktaking

ControlHN Quick Inventory helps small and medium-sized businesses perform physical stock counts quickly and safely within Dolibarr.

Main Features

  • Create physical inventories for a selected warehouse.

  • Count all warehouse products or select a product category.

  • Save counting progress without immediately modifying stock.

  • Compare actual quantities with system quantities.

  • Apply stock adjustments individually or in bulk.

  • Prevent duplicate application of previously adjusted lines.

  • Manage access through individual user permissions.

  • Maintain detailed inventory history with dates and responsible users.

  • Export filtered inventory reports to Excel (XLSX) and PDF.

  • Available in English and Spanish.

Important Requirements

  • Dolibarr Products/Services and Stock/Warehouses modules must be enabled.

  • At least one active warehouse must exist.

  • Products must already be linked to the selected warehouse through a stock record.

  • Products without a stock record in the selected warehouse are not automatically included.

Compatibility

Designed for Dolibarr versions 17.x to 22.x.

Successfully tested on Dolibarr 17.0.3, 18.0.4 and 22.0.5. Intermediate versions have not been individually verified.

Minimum declared PHP version: 7.3.
