Doli Legal Mention prints on each customer invoice the legal mention its customer requires, such as the VAT exemption of an intra-Community supply or of an export. The mention is chosen once on the third party card and printed under the public note, with every PDF template, in the language of the customer. By default, it is printed only on invoices without VAT.

The module covers:
- the choice of the legal mention on the third party card, in a drop-down list;
- the printing of the mention under the public note of each customer invoice, with every PDF template, without changing the note saved on the invoice;
- a safeguard, on by default: the mention is printed only on invoices without VAT;
- one text per language, printed in the language of the customer, with a fallback on the main language of Dolibarr;
- the list of mentions, managed in the setup of the module and also editable in the Dolibarr dictionaries;
- the deletion of a mention still in use, which names the customers concerned and asks for a confirmation;
- two examples taken from French VAT law, intra-Community supply to a business and export outside the European Union, to adapt or delete.
The module prints the text you write: the choice and the wording of each mention remain yours, to be checked with your accountant.
