A forgotten monthly invoice, a subscription billed twice, a payment tied to the wrong gateway, an invoice never sent to the customer? capPatrol checks your customer invoicing every night and shows you, on a single dashboard, what needs fixing before your customer or your accountant notices.

One dashboard that sums it all up

• One tile per check, with the number of alerts and the amount at stake.
• The ten most serious alerts, all checks together, with a direct link to the customer or the invoice.
• The monitoring health: last analysis, next run, and a warning when the analysis no longer runs.
• The trend of the anomalies from one analysis to the next.

Four complementary checks

Customer anomalies

• Forgotten invoices: a customer billed regularly who received nothing this month.
• Spikes and drops: a month far above or below the usual amount of the customer.
• Recurring billing gaps: a subscription that doubles or collapses, compared date to date with the previous months. Replacing an invoice template creates no blind spot, and a double billing shows up at once. Each invoice is also checked when it is validated, without ever blocking it.

Month cadence

• Per customer category, the number of invoices and the amount billed since the start of the month are compared with the same days of the previous months: a billing run that did not go out shows up within the first days.

Online payments

• Dolibarr payments are cross-checked with the Stancer and Mollie gateways (and Stripe through its API): an invoice tied to a refused attempt while another gateway collected the money, a double capture or an orphan payment are reported.
• One-click correction once the real gateway is confirmed: the payment is tied to the right gateway and its bank line moved to the right account, without ever deleting a payment.
• Payment trace of each invoice, available from its card.

Unsent invoices

• The list of validated invoices never sent by email, separating the customers that have an address (to send to) from those that have none, with a send button on each line.

Reliable detection that runs on your server

capPatrol combines deterministic rules, a robust score (MAD) and an Isolation Forest detector (Rubix ML library). Everything is computed locally on your Dolibarr server: no invoicing data is sent to a third-party service.
