E-Facture – French e-invoicing (Factur-X)

French electronic invoicing for Dolibarr

From September 2026, French companies must exchange B2B invoices electronically through an approved platform (plateforme agréée). E-Facture connects Dolibarr to the ODOIP e-invoicing gateway, which turns your invoices into Factur-X documents and submits them to an approved platform.

Features

• Automatic transmission of every validated customer invoice and credit note, with automatic retry every 5 minutes.
• Status tracking on the invoice card (submitted, issued, received, approved, rejected…) through signed notifications, and a Retransmit button.
• Recipient check: a button on the third-party card and a daily job tell you whether each French customer is registered in the national e-invoicing directory.
• No Dolibarr core file is modified. French and English.

Requirements

• Dolibarr 19 or later, PHP 7.4 or later, Invoices module enabled.
• A free activation key, requested in two minutes on odoip.com.
• Invoice transmission requires an ODOIP e-invoicing gateway subscription (API key).

Privacy

When the setup page is saved and once a day, the module sends ODOIP the activation key, a hash of the instance ID, the Dolibarr URL and the versions installed. No invoice or third-party data is sent by this check.
