- Apply the default bank account and the automatic project setting when creating a thirdparty
- Keep each mail's contact when a conversation is filed, and file its project along

- Show attachments whose name merely contains "eml", such as Gemlo-devis.pdf
- Create contacts from a mail as active, and set them on the rest of the conversation

- Show the permission labels and the search options in French
- Rename the Trash bubble to Spam, which is what it always showed
- Reply and forward from the mail card again: the body was sent empty

- Save your Capmail preferences even when Dolibarr renews the security token on each page
- Keep each detection pattern of a template on its own line when you edit it again
- Read a customer's mail as conversations on their card, with a summary and linked objects
- Reply in a few words under the mail you are reading, without opening the full form
- Follow the whole thread under the mail, numbered, with each change of subject flagged
- Spot each sender at a glance in the list, with initials and the first line of the mail
- Keep the everyday actions in front in the toolbar, the rest in a More menu
- See the linked customer and the mail's objects first, the actions folded until needed
- Warn when a sender could not be authenticated, louder when the mail asks to change a RIB
- Recognize the Dolibarr references a mail cites, open them and attach the mail in one click
- See what a linked customer owes, or his open tickets and prepaid time for a technician
- Select mails by clicking their initials, which turn into a check mark
- Paste an address, a name or a phone in the Link tab: the matching thirdparty is proposed

- Click the "Inconnu" badge of a mail to list every mail without thirdparty
- File one mail of a conversation on its own when the thread drifts to another customer
- Attach files to a reply, not only to a new mail
- Insert a quote, order or invoice in a mail, with its lines, its PDF and the signing link
- List only the documents of your own customers when your rights stop there
- Add a mailbox with its address and password: servers detected, company domains preset
- Colour the mails that matter in the list: a key customer, an alert, a recurring subject
- See who of the team read a shared mail, and assign it to a colleague
- Write a mail now and have it leave later: tomorrow morning, Monday, or a chosen date
- Connect a Google or Microsoft 365 mailbox through OAuth, without any password
- Use the same TinyMCE editor everywhere, with no editor loaded from a third-party site
- Use Capmail in German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Brazilian Portuguese
- Read the sender, subject and field labels in your language instead of English or a wrong word
- Reach every toolbar button, mail fetch included, even when the mail list column is narrow
- Run on Dolibarr 24
- See how many mails a filter test matched, and the names behind each filter action
- Get a thirdparty update proposal only for real changes, not for the same value respelled
- Pick the thirdparty, project, user or template of a filter in a list instead of typing its id
- Install without the PHP IMAP extension: Capmail speaks IMAP by itself
- Refuse activation with a clear message when iconv, mbstring or a module table is missing
- Load the new look right after an update, without clearing the browser cache
- Block a second click on a slow form, so nothing gets created twice
- Show your own flag labels in the tooltips of the mail card
- Show the real hour a mail is snoozed until
- Explain in a tooltip what each status bubble counts
- Name the missing required field when a form is refused
- Accept emojis in filter names and values
- Pick a filter's thirdparty, project, user or template in a list instead of typing its id
- Keep the column resizers and the list collapse handle discreet
- Sort incoming mail on its own: rules on sender, subject, body, headers or attachments
- A rule can mark, star, tag, snooze, archive, move, flag as spam or delete a mail
- A rule can link the mail to a thirdparty or a project
- A rule can create a ticket, a thirdparty or a project from the mail
- A rule can reply from a template, forward to an address or notify a Dolibarr user
- Try a rule before saving it: the dry run lists the mails it would have caught
- Observation mode runs a rule without changing anything, to watch it before arming it
- Replay the rules on mail already received, from maintenance or from a rule's card
- Apply the rules to a selection of mails straight from the leads list
- Duplicate a rule to start a variant from it
- Each user manages the rules of their own mailboxes from the "My filters" tab
- Attach a mail to a project, proposal, order, invoice or ticket, with its attachments
- A reply to a mail sent by Dolibarr attaches itself to the object it answers

- The mass action selector is back on the thirdparty mail tab
- Dates of the last run of a rule and of the dry run results are displayed again
- Searching for a term with an apostrophe or a wildcard no longer breaks or widens the query
- The API reply, template and tag routes enforce the mailbox read boundary
- Sending a mail requires a send grant whatever the From address chosen
- Mass delete has its own permission and only ever touches readable mailboxes
- The mail card, the thirdparty tab and the collect action require the module read right
- Thirdparty and contact ids are checked before a mail is filed under them
- Mailbox fetches and folder repairs are scoped to their entity and their mailbox
- An open redirect, a referer bypass and mail header injections are closed
- A rule-created ticket stores a sanitized copy of the mail body
- Sent mail is stored from its real body, apostrophes are no longer doubled
- A mail carrying a UUencoded part no longer breaks the inline images of the preview
- A mail moved to another folder from another mail client loses its stale folder link
- Keep read and flag states right after a move, matched on the UID of the right folder
- A connection failure keeps the folder links and the read state instead of wiping them
- An oversized mail is skipped with a log instead of taking the cron down
- Missing classes in the library or in the rule engine no longer break a fetch

- The quick search works again and filters no longer stick to the session
- Tag colours are kept and injected urls stay out of the markup
