LemonVentile : supplier invoice allocation in Dolibarr

Supplier invoice lines often arrive as free text. For a subscription, shipping charge or repair, you have to find the right accounting account again on each invoice. LemonVentile places a suggestion below each line that has no account yet. It is designed for people entering purchases, businesses with recurring costs and accountants handling multiple invoices.

Each suggestion shows where it came from: a saved rule, the supplier's invoice history, the purchase service's account or the supplier's default account. Cases needing review are flagged. You see the suggested account and its reason, then apply, correct or ignore it. Only active accounts from your chart of accounts are suggested.

Main features

Matching recognizes recurring descriptions when a date or period changes, while keeping different quantities, dimensions and item references separate. Identical unallocated lines on the same invoice follow a line you apply. “Copy these choices” prepares the remaining lines without saving them. “Apply ready lines” saves every line with an account, including those flagged for review. A counter shows how many will be processed: check them first. You can explicitly reopen an allocated line. Invoices already transferred to accounting are protected.

Optional AI assistance

LemonVentile works without AI. An administrator may enable assistance using their own key and choose OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini or a server compatible with the OpenAI conversation API. A request is sent only when you click. AI suggests a purchase service or an account from your own chart; you review it and click “Apply” before it is saved. It receives the line description, supplier name, active accounts and, when service linking is enabled, purchase catalogue references and labels. It receives no amounts, PDF or other invoice lines. Text sent to the provider is not anonymized.

Installation and compatibility

Compatible with Dolibarr 19 to 24 according to the module's MariaDB test matrix, with PHP 7.4 or later. The Accounting module and an active chart of accounts are required. The Services module is needed only to create services from invoice lines. Install the ZIP through Dolibarr's external module installer, or copy the lemonventile folder to htdocs/custom/.
