SOP Retraining Integration

Training & Competency Manager can integrate with SOP Document Control Pro.

Training records can be linked to controlled SOP documents and specific SOP versions. When a newer SOP revision becomes Effective, the module can automatically identify affected employees and generate the required retraining.

Draft, Review and Approved revisions do not trigger retraining until the new SOP version becomes Effective.

Generated retraining records include full traceability of:

• Previous SOP version
• New effective SOP version
• Employee
• Generated training record
• Date and time
• Audit Trail event

Duplicate retraining for the same employee and SOP version is automatically prevented.

Email Reminders

Configurable automatic reminders help prevent expired qualifications and missed training deadlines.

The module supports reminders for:

• Training due soon
• Overdue training
• Requalification due soon
• Expired competencies

Reminder windows can be configured from the module Settings page. Automatic email delivery uses Dolibarr Scheduled Jobs and includes protection against duplicate notifications.

Audit & Traceability

All important actions are recorded in an immutable Audit Trail, including:
