CapCowork - Gestion d'espaces de coworking 1.2.8

Gestionar un espacio de coworking supone seguir reservas, abonos, llegadas, créditos y una comunidad. CapCowork lo reúne todo dentro de su Dolibarr, junto a sus terceros, sus pedidos y sus facturas: se acabó la hoja de cálculo que hay que cuadrar a fin de mes, y una sola base para la explotación y la contabilidad.

Reservas y planificación

• Espacios de todo tipo: puesto flexible, despacho dedicado, sala de reuniones, cabina telefónica, espacio para eventos
• Detección automática de conflictos, respetando el tiempo de preparación de cada espacio
