Billit Connect: Dolibarr connected to Billit

Billit is a platform approved by the French tax administration and a Peppol access point for Belgium and Europe. Billit Connect hands it your customer invoices and credit notes, tracks what becomes of them and brings back your supplier invoices. Dolibarr stays your invoicing tool: you re-enter nothing in Billit.

Send

  • A "Send to Billit" button on the invoice, a bulk action on the list, or automatic sending on validation.
  • Checks are shown before sending: identifiable customer, lines, credit note linked to its invoice.
  • Billit recalculates totals: the module compares them with your invoice and holds the sending back if they differ.
  • Never the same invoice twice, even after a network failure.

Track

  • Sent, delivered, accepted on the invoice card; refusals and errors with their reason.
  • Signed real-time notifications from Billit, with a scheduled refresh as a safety net.
  • Journal of sent invoices, full history of every exchange, Peppol reachability check on the third party.

Receive

  • Supplier invoices received in Billit become drafts, with their PDF and attachments.
  • Supplier matched by VAT number, SIREN or SIRET; otherwise the invoice waits in a matching inbox.
  • Nothing is ever validated or paid automatically.
