Checkout and stock operations inside Dolibarr

DoliRetailPOS makes TakePOS easier to use on desktop, tablet and phone. Search by name, reference or barcode, illustrated categories and touch-friendly navigation speed up order entry. Scan with a camera or a USB/Bluetooth reader. A bundled decoder covers browsers without `BarcodeDetector`. Camera access requires permission and HTTPS or `localhost`.

Product creation can include a captured or uploaded photo, opening stock and an internal Code 128 barcode when needed. Existing EAN, UPC and supplier barcodes are preserved. Category images can be managed in the category form or a dedicated catalogue.

Guided receiving loads items and expected quantities from a Dolibarr supplier order. Staff confirm actual quantities, and batch, serial number or expiry date when required. The native receipt remains linked to the order, and existing linked invoices can be consulted. Receiving without an order groups multiple items under one delivery reference.

Mobile inventory can be created, started, counted by scan, reviewed and closed in DoliRetailPOS. Stock corrections become native Dolibarr movements. Stock tools show supplier orders, receipts and invoices together, create a draft supplier order from replenishment suggestions, and transfer products between warehouses, including batch or serial tracked items.

Cash register sessions, cash movements and control reports complete the workflow. Compact 80 mm receipts can include the company logo and legal details. Physical printing depends on the configured TakePOS method and printer. Dolibarr records and access rights remain authoritative; core files are not changed and camera streams are not sent to an external service.

Installation et prérequis

1. Déployer `module_doliretailpos-1.17.1.zip` depuis **Accueil > Configuration > Modules/Applications > Déployer/installer un module externe**.
2. Activer TakePOS et Codes-barres, puis DoliRetailPOS. La page de configuration du module signale les dépendances manquantes.
3. Activer les modules Dolibarr nécessaires aux fonctions utilisées : Stocks, Commandes fournisseurs, Réceptions, gestion des lots et, selon l’imprimante, Imprimante de tickets.
4. Configurer la caisse TakePOS, l’entrepôt, les droits des utilisateurs, le type de codes-barres et le mode d’impression avant l’exploitation.
5. En cas de migration, désactiver les anciens modules RetailPOS, UtcCategoryImages et UtcScanner après vérification de leurs données et réglages.
