StatementPro – Customer & Supplier Statements of Account

Know exactly where every account stands — and send your customers a statement they can sign.

StatementPro adds a Statement tab to every third party card in Dolibarr. Pick a period, click Show, and you get the full history of the account with a running balance. Click Print PDF and a professional statement is generated and filed automatically in the third party's documents.

Three kinds of statement

• Customer statement (receivable): sales invoices, credit notes, down payment invoices and payments received.
• Supplier statement (payable): purchase invoices, supplier credit notes and payments made.
• Net statement: for third parties that are both customer and supplier, both sides are combined into one account with a single net balance.

The right type is selected automatically from the nature of the third party, and can be changed at any time.

Accurate balances, even in difficult cases

A statement is only useful if the balance is right. StatementPro reads Dolibarr's own documents and handles the cases that usually make statements wrong:

• Opening balance calculated automatically from all movements before the period.
• One line per payment, even when a payment settles several invoices; the invoices paid and the cheque or transfer number are shown in the reference column.
• Credit notes and excess payments used as a discount line on another invoice are not counted twice.
• Down payments and manual discounts applied to a validated invoice are taken into account.
• Abandoned invoices: the unpaid remainder is written off at the closing date, so the balance matches reality.
• Draft invoices are excluded.

Professional PDF

• Your logo, company address, phone, e-mail and tax ID.
• Third party name, customer or supplier code, address and tax ID.
• Period, print date and currency.
• Table with date, document, description, third party reference, debit, credit and running balance (Dr / Cr).
• Table header repeated on every page, page numbers.
• Closing balance stated in words: balance due to us / balance due to you.
• Optional balance confirmation request with a configurable number of days to contest.
• Optional signature boxes: prepared by, company signature and stamp, counterparty confirmation.
• The PDF is stored in the third party's Linked files tab, keeping a history of every statement sent.

Multilingual, including right-to-left

• Output language chosen per statement (defaults to the third party's language).
• Full right-to-left layout for Arabic, Persian and Hebrew.
• Translations included: English, French, Arabic.

Integrated the Dolibarr way

• Links to invoices and payments use Dolibarr's standard links, with icons and tooltips.
• Dedicated permission: Read and print account statements.
• Setup page: PDF font, confirmation delay, signature boxes.
• No modification of Dolibarr core files, no new database tables, no external calls.
• Works with MySQL / MariaDB and PostgreSQL. Multi-entity aware.

Technical information

Installation

1. Download module_statementpro-x.y.z.zip.
2. In Dolibarr go to Home › Setup › Modules/Applications › Deploy/Install external app/module and upload the file.
3. Enable StatementPro in the Financial modules section.
4. Grant the permission Read and print account statements to the users who need it.
5. Optional: click the gear icon to set the PDF font, the confirmation delay and the signature boxes.

Then open any third party and click the Statement tab.
