DoliStrategy Turn Dolibarr into a true Strategy Management & Execution platform

DoliStrategy is the first module of NEXT GESTION's Business Strategy range. It connects the entire strategic cycle in a single cockpit and lets leadership answer, from Dolibarr: what is our strategy, are we ahead or behind, which KPI are struggling, which projects serve which objectives, how much do we invest and for what benefits, which risks threaten the plan?

Strategy Command Center

A modern executive dashboard. At its core: the configurable Strategy Health Score, a weighted blend of KPI, OKR, Initiatives, Budget and Risks, mapped to Critical / At Risk / Watch / On Track statuses. Around it: object counters, automatic alerts (KPI below threshold, blocked initiative, budget overrun, high risk, delays) and one-click access to every building block.

Objectives, OKR & KPI: the performance engine

Objectives

Every objective carries an owner, sponsor, weight, deadline, budget, progress and status, within the alignment chain Vision → Pillar → Objective → OKR → Initiative → Project → Action → KPI.

OKR

The OKR engine computes progress automatically via simple or weighted average from Key Results (baseline, target, current value, weight, direction).

KPI

Multiple sources: manual entry, Dolibarr data, formula, controlled SQL, API, CSV/Excel. The KPIFormulaEngine evaluates formulas without ever using eval() (a dedicated parser). History keeps date, value, source, user and comment; annual, quarterly and monthly targets are supported.

Initiatives, Projects & Actions

Strategic initiatives link to one or more existing Dolibarr projects — no needless parallel system. Action plans drive execution down to tasks, with recurrences and sub-actions.

Budgets, Risks & Reviews

The strategic budget tracks planned, committed, actual and variance. Risk management offers a Probability × Impact heatmap, an automatic score and a register of opportunities and issues. Reviews (monthly, QBR, annual, ad-hoc) generate an agenda from KPI, OKR, initiatives, risks, budgets and delays, and create a snapshot to preserve the historical state.

Reporting

Executive summary, strategy reports, risk heatmap and exports (CSV/Excel/PDF). Filters by plan, period, pillar, objective, owner, status and priority, plus a global search.

Security, permissions & confidentiality

Prepared statements, escaping, CSRF/XSS/SQL-injection protection, systematic checks of entity, permissions, visibility and confidentiality level (Internal, Restricted, Management, Executive, Confidential). Fine-grained rights: read, write, delete, approve, KPI, budget, confidential, admin.

Strategy Copilot (optional)

An AI layer that is disableable and provider-agnostic: plan summaries, KPI analysis, at-risk objective detection, review synthesis. The AI never automatically changes a budget, objective, KPI, status or decision — it proposes, you approve. Deterministic insights work without AI.

Compatibility & integration

Dolibarr 17 to 23+, PHP 7.1+, MySQL/MariaDB. No Dolibarr core modification: only module descriptor, hooks, triggers, extrafields, permissions, menus, REST API and CRON. Built-in version and capability detectors, graceful degradation, architecture ready for future modules (SWOT, Balanced Scorecard, PESTEL…).
