Manage your construction projects in Dolibarr: projects and contracts, job orders, planned vs actual job cost sheets (materials, labour, overheads), material requisitions (BOQ) with approval workflow, subcontractors and PDF reports. Main features

  • Job cost sheets per project / contract / job order with automatic numbering.
  • Planning of materials (quantity, unit, unit cost), labour (hours, hourly cost, employee) and overheads (transport, equipment rental, utilities).
  • Automatic actual cost from purchase orders, vendor bills and timesheets.
  • Workflow Draft, Confirmed, Approved, Done; planned and actual margin versus the contract.
  • Cost center control: only lines of approved sheets of the same project can be charged.
  • One-click purchase order creation from the job cost sheet.

Job orders

Installation
  1. Télécharger le fichier archive (.zip) sur dolistore.com
  2. Dézipper l'archive dans le répertoire /htdocs/custom de dolibarr.
  3. Le module peut alors être activé (), paramétré () si besoin depuis la page de configuration des modules et enfin utilisé.
