Sales Commission Management for Dolibarr

Automatically compute the commissions of your salespersons, sales managers, branch managers and external agents at sales order confirmation, customer invoice validation or customer payment. Commissions are grouped every month into commission worksheets, billed with a vendor bill and followed until payment.

Who is it for? Distributors, trading companies, software vendors, branch networks and any company working with salaried salespersons, business introducers or independent sales agents.

When to create commissions

• At sales order confirmation.
• At customer invoice validation, with negative commissions on credit notes (net revenue).
• At customer payment, on the collected amount excluding tax.
• Commission on down payments: same rules, percentage or fixed amount.

Calculation basis

• Sales team (user group), product or product category.
• Job position × level percentage grids, by default and per target.
• Amounts in company currency with the document currency tracked (multi-currency).

Commission levels and job positions

• Levels: salesperson, sales manager, agent, branch manager… fully configurable.
• Job positions to vary percentages (executive, senior, manager…).
• Percentage override per customer, order or invoice.

Customers, orders and invoices

• Commissions tab on the customer: one commission user per level.
• Commission users copied automatically to orders and invoices.

Monthly commission worksheets
