Bulk and Template Based Training Application Manager for Dolibarr

Create the training applications of dozens of employees in a few clicks: bulk training applications with their training lines, reusable application templates and a guided generation wizard. Extension of the NextGestion Training Management module, port of the Odoo module “Bulk and Template Based Training Application Manager”.

Who is it for? HR and training departments, training plan managers, team managers, companies running regulatory campaigns (safety, quality), onboarding paths or management programmes.

Bulk training applications

• Details and Employees Training tabs: one line per employee and course.
• Add several employees or a whole department, load a template.
• Create Applications button with confirmation and redirection to the created applications.
• Draft, Confirmed, Applications created, Cancelled states; clone, list and kanban views.

Application templates

• Templates with course, subjects, trainer, centre, classroom, duration, cost, priority, stage, reason and description.
• Several training lines per template with start day and number of days.
• Default employees and department, default generation mode, archiving and cloning.

Generate Applications wizard

• Select the template, the employees and the start date: the lines are loaded and editable before creation.
• Create individual training applications or a group application with participants.
• Create a bulk training, with or without the automatic creation of its applications.
• Summary of the number of applications, confirmation, redirection to the result.

Training lines and dates

• Start and end dates computed per line, own duration and cost for each course.
• Trainer, classroom and subjects per line, line by line editing.
• Duplicate check (same employee, course and date).

Smart navigation and tracking

• Smart buttons to the training applications, employees and lines.
• Bulk application and template reference on the training application, Bulk origin tab.
• Filterable lists, kanban view, applications generated per batch, history.

Rights, multi-company and setup

• 6 rights: read, write, create applications, delete, read all, manage templates.
• Visibility limited to the user's bulk applications, multi-company.
• Unique numbering per batch: BTA, TPL and GEN, configurable prefixes.

Technical information

• Requires the NextGestion Training Management module (trainingmanagement).
• Compatible with Dolibarr 19 and higher (tested on 23.x), PHP 7.4 to 8.4.
• 5 languages: French, English, Spanish, German, Italian. PDF documentation included, NextGestion support.
