PackTrace: PPWR 2025/40 Packaging & EPR Reporting (Citeo, Léko, LUCID)

The PPWR packaging regulation applies since 12 August 2026. Your Dolibarr knows what you pack.

Every year you report the weight of your packaging by material to your producer responsibility organisation. From 1 January 2027, commercial packaging joins the French EPR (EPRO). Selling in Germany means a LUCID report under the VerpackDG. And Regulation (EU) 2025/40 requires an EU declaration of conformity for every packaging. PackTrace does all of this inside Dolibarr, from the products, invoices and shipments you already record.

Describe once, report every year

• Packaging catalogue: bottle, cap, label, sleeve, box, film… Material (30 materials automatically mapped to the 22 PPWR categories, the Citeo and Léko codes, the 6 EPRO materials and the LUCID codes), weight, recycled content, recyclability grade A/B/C, heavy metals, PFAS, food contact, reuse.
• Packaging tab on every product: quantity per unit sold, quick creation, copy from a similar product, computed weight and recycled share.
• Products sold without packaging listed on the dashboard.

Automatic computation

• From invoices (credit notes deducted, abandoned invoices excluded) or shipments.
• Country of placing on the market = delivery address of the document, otherwise the customer's.
• Household or commercial channel from the product or the customer type, with each scheme's scope applied.
• Shipping packaging (box, void fill, tape) added to every parcel, per shipping method.
• Packaging already reported by the supplier excluded.

Your report files

• France: Citeo and Léko (household), per-unit (UVC) file ready to upload; EPRO (commercial, 2027); 2026 fee schedules embedded and estimated fees.
• Germany: LUCID XML data report following the ZSVR guide 1.3 (5 report types, 14 dual systems).
• Any EU country: annual report to the producer register (Article 44, 22 categories) and simplified report below 10 tonnes.
• Recomputable drafts, validation blocked while a product sold has no packaging, filing with reference, full history.

Declaration of conformity and EPR numbers

• EU declaration of conformity in the Annex VIII format (module A) as PDF, in French, English or German.
• Your French IDU and German LUCID numbers, format-checked, printed on proposals, orders, delivery notes and invoices.
• Your suppliers' EPR numbers with an Article 19 reminder on their cards.
