EUDR Trace: EU Deforestation Regulation 2023/1115 Compliance (DDS, TRACES V3 API)

Wood, cocoa, coffee, soya, palm oil, rubber, cattle and their derived products (furniture, paper, chocolate, leather…): under Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 as amended by Regulation (EU) 2025/2650, every company in the chain must be able to prove where the goods come from. EUDR Trace does it inside Dolibarr, where your orders, receptions and invoices already are.

Traders, processors, distributors: the "collect and keep" register

• EUDR tab on purchase orders, supplier invoices, receptions, sales orders, shipments, invoices and products.
• Reference and verification numbers checked against the official format (DDS, simplified declaration "S…", customs contingency number).
• Automatic pass-on: when a sales order, shipment or invoice is validated, upstream references are attached and printed on the PDF.
• Optional blocking: no invoice leaves without a reference for a relevant product.
• CSV-exportable register with the full identity of suppliers and customers, recorded removals, audit trail never purged.

Importers, exporters: the due diligence statement (DDS)

• Official V3 API of the EUDR Information System (TRACES), the one introduced with Regulation 2025/2650: the former V1/V2 are decommissioned.
• DDS prepared in one click from a purchase order or a reception: commodities, HS codes, computed net weights, species, the supplier's plots.
• Simplified declaration (SD) for micro and small primary operators: geolocation, postal address or cadastral reference.
• Pre-submission checks (fail-closed): the Commission's published rules and the official XSD schemas embedded.
• Automatic retrieval of reference and verification numbers, amendment and withdrawal within 72 hours, grouped declarations, multi-operator accounts (representatives).
• Guided risk assessment: official country benchmarking (Regulation 2025/1093) applied automatically, simplified due diligence recognised.
