The module reads the email addresses of all your third parties (companies and contacts) live, and lets you filter them by last name, first name, company, third-party type (customer, prospect, supplier, other) or consent status. Group them into static or dynamic mailing lists (saved criteria re-evaluated on every send), reusable across campaigns.

Campaigns are built in a full editor: identity (title, subject, sender), a reusable template picker, a content block library ready to insert (introduction, headline, image + text, 2 columns, steps, call-to-action button, highlight box, quote, agenda, key figures, signature), a rich text editor, style settings (width, spacing, typography, background colors), recipient selection by named segment with a live count, scheduled sending (with repetition), and a pre-send checklist that verifies the sender, the chosen audience and the schedule.

Once sent, campaigns are genuinely tracked: overall and per-campaign statistics, sending health (failure rate, real error message, threshold alert), and per-recipient tracking (opens, clicks) — not just a global counter.

Automatic scenarios trigger a send on an event (new subscriber, subscription anniversary, re-engagement after inactivity), run by a real Dolibarr scheduled task.

Every consent action (subscribe, unsubscribe) is dated and logged for GDPR compliance; an individual unsubscribe link is automatically added to every email.

A full rights screen lets you grant, per user or per group, exactly the capabilities needed: view, create, send, delete, manage subscribers, manage scenarios, manage Facebook posting, administer — on top of Dolibarr's native rights system.

The module's appearance (accent color, and each button's text and background color) is configurable, with a WCAG AA contrast check that refuses to save an unreadable combination. A built-in help panel, available from any screen (F1 key or a dedicated button), offers instant search and a sommaire sorted by topic.
