Match your bank statement with your Dolibarr records

Import a statement and see which existing invoice, payment or bank entry may correspond to each transaction. LemonBank explains its suggestions and leaves the decision to you. It does not create missing invoices or accounting documents.

Use statement files from your bank. File imports do not require a banking aggregation subscription. The module reads OFX and CSV files and supported text-based PDF statements.

What LemonBank does

• Imports OFX and CSV statements, plus PDF statements matching the Banque Populaire and Fiducial profiles.
• Splits a file containing statements for several accounts according to their account numbers.
• Detects transactions already imported, including duplicates received from different sources.
• Suggests matches with customer and supplier invoices, existing payments and native Dolibarr entries such as taxes, wages, charges, loans and expenses, depending on your setup.
• Handles one debit covering several invoices and allocates a transaction across existing documents.
• Recognises cheque deposits from Dolibarr deposit slips. Version 1.1.0 groups the related entries; draft slips remain marked for review.
• Learns the relationship between bank labels and third parties when you correct a suggestion.
• Lets you reject a suggestion or undo a match until the bank entry has been transferred to accounting.

You stay in control

Observation mode is enabled by default. Suggestions enter a review queue and no match is applied automatically. Safe matches and those needing review are clearly distinguished. Bulk approval warns you if the selection includes matches needing review.

Before recording a payment, LemonBank checks existing payments to reduce duplicates. It uses Dolibarr's native payment and bank records, with no direct insertion into bank tables. If a document is missing, create it in Dolibarr first.

How it works

1. Import the statement supplied by your bank.
2. Review the transactions and suggested records, correcting them where needed.
3. Approve the matches you choose and return to the queue for unresolved transactions.

Installation and compatibility

In Dolibarr, go to Setup → Modules → Deploy an external module. Upload the ZIP, enable Dolibarr's Bank/Cash module and LemonBank, then follow the built-in guide.

Compatible with Dolibarr 18 to 24. The module declares PHP 7.4 minimum. Its interface is available in French and English. PDF support depends on your bank's layout; use OFX when available.
