EasyIK makes mileage-expense entry faster and more reliable directly from Dolibarr Expense Reports.

Main features

  • Adds an Add mileage action directly to Dolibarr Expense Reports.
  • Lets the user enter the trip date, optional project, departure, destination, description, one-way distance and round trip.
  • Displays the reimbursement calculation before the expense line is created.
  • Creates a standard Dolibarr EX_KME expense line.
  • Automatically totals mileage already entered for the beneficiary during the calendar year.
  • Recalculates the annual mileage entitlement from the new cumulative distance.
  • Handles mileage-scale threshold changes automatically.
  • Supports configurable fiscal horsepower categories and a 100% electric-vehicle uplift.
  • Includes the French 2026 passenger-car mileage scale as default values.
  • Allows the mileage year, thresholds, coefficients and fixed offsets to be configured.
  • Does not modify Dolibarr core files.
  • Does not include telemetry and does not send data to external services.

Requirements

  • Dolibarr Expense Reports module enabled.
  • Native EX_KME expense type available.
  • Dolibarr 23.x or 24.x.
